1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and s98bet ("s98bet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the s98bet platform, website and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a registered account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

s98bet is operated for entertainment and informational purposes. All content, markets and services are provided subject to these Terms and to the laws applicable in the licensing jurisdiction of the operator. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus credits separately designated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback allocation or matched deposit offer issued to you by s98bet, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, proof of address and payment method verification.
• "Platform" means the s98bet website, mobile interface, application and all associated services and tools.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any sports bet, casino game stake, virtual sports bet or other real-money participation in a game of chance or skill offered through the Platform.
• "Winnings" means funds credited to your Account as a result of a successful Wager, net of the original stake amount.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options available through your Account settings.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable local law;
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity);
• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which gambling or the use of online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, consultant or close family member of s98bet or any affiliated entity;
• Not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by s98bet for breach of these Terms.

s98bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the registration process, on deposit, on withdrawal or on a periodic basis. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure.

The determination of whether you are eligible to use this Platform under your local laws is entirely your own responsibility. s98bet does not warrant or represent that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration & KYC

You may register only one Account per person. Duplicate accounts, whether created using different email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, including winnings derived from those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address. This information must be accurate and must match the documents you submit during KYC verification.

KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, national identity card or international passport);
• Proof of address, where required by the operator's compliance obligations;
• A selfie or liveness verification image in conjunction with your identity document;
• Evidence of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your mobile wallet or bank account showing your registered name).

You must upload documents only through the operator's official, secure HTTPS-verified portal. Under no circumstances should sensitive documents be transmitted through unencrypted channels, social media platforms, WhatsApp or personal email. Do not alter, crop, obscure or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Terms of Use

The Platform is made available to you for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, including but not limited to operating or managing accounts on behalf of third parties, systematic wagering as a business activity and any form of arbitrage or matched betting facilitated through unauthorised third-party tools, is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by s98bet.

You agree that you will:

• Access the Platform only through officially provided interfaces and not through automated scripts, bots or third-party software unless expressly permitted;
• Keep your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify s98bet immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person;
• Wager only using funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose;
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraudulent activity.

s98bet provides no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free Platform access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, apply updates or temporarily restrict access to parts of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that sport, event or game type. Market rules are displayed within the Platform and should be reviewed before placing any wager.

General betting rules applicable across all s98bet markets include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is at the sole discretion of s98bet and is only available in limited circumstances as defined in the applicable market rules;
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are as stated in the Platform at the time of placing the wager;
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest error in odds or market data, s98bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts;
• Live in-play bets are subject to settlement based on the verified final result of the relevant event. Delays in live data feeds do not affect settlement outcomes;
• For cricket markets (including PSL, ICC T20 and bilateral series), match abandonment rules and Duckworth–Lewis–Stern adjustments are applied in accordance with the applicable tournament regulations.

7. Promotions & Bonuses

s98bet may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements and loyalty rewards to registered users. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated per promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover requirement" or "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements and eligible markets are stated per promotion. Bets placed on excluded markets or bet types do not count towards the rollover;
• Bonus offers are time-limited. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings expire at the stated deadline;
• Minimum deposit thresholds must be met for deposit-match promotions. Deposits below the stated minimum do not qualify;
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address or payment method;
• s98bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including retroactively where evidence of abuse or exploitation of a promotion is identified.

All PKR amounts stated in promotional materials are illustrative examples only and may not reflect currently active promotions. Always verify the current terms on the promotions page before opting in.

8. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction amounts, processing times and applicable fees are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or held pending further verification.

General deposit and withdrawal conditions include:

• Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts that have completed the applicable KYC requirements;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible, for anti-money laundering compliance purposes;
• s98bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• In PKR-denominated accounts, transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees. Exchange rate fluctuations, where applicable, are applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction;
• s98bet does not guarantee specific processing timelines. Times displayed in the cashier are indicative estimates only and may be affected by the user's payment provider, bank or relevant intermediary.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s98bet Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in any automated manner without prior written authorisation from s98bet;
• Colluding with other users, including agreeing to share information about live games or bets to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or pricing, or any other technical malfunction for financial gain;
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism or engage in any other unlawful financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks, unauthorised reversals or any dispute of legitimate deposits with a payment provider;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or in association with, any person who has been self-excluded or whose account has been suspended.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

s98bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, close or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other unlawful conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Legal, regulatory or compliance requirements applicable to the operator;
• Extended periods of inactivity (as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy, which may result in dormancy fees being applied to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations).

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting s98bet customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable fees) will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise stated.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the s98bet name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, code, game interfaces and data compilations — is the intellectual property of s98bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from s98bet.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s98bet, its officers, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or expected savings;
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Service interruptions, technical errors or delays in bet settlement or payment processing;
• Actions taken by s98bet in compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements or court orders;
• Outcomes of wagers placed on the Platform, which are subject to chance and/or skill and carry inherent financial risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits s98bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Gambling involves financial risk. You should only wager what you can afford to lose.

13. Responsible Gambling

s98bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and can, for some individuals, lead to problem gambling behaviours. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and to make use of the following tools available in your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum play-session duration after which you are logged out;
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Block your access to the Platform for a minimum period or permanently.

14. Legal Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s98bet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of the law applicable in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. s98bet does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

15. Amendments to These Terms

s98bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current conditions.
